By communicating what activities an individual will work through in a day, they now have a clear picture of what is next, so they are ready to participate and transition to their next activity. Build a schedule by dragging in activity cards, customize it to the day in front of you, and let the visuals carry the transition that words alone often cannot.

Why we built it

This one started at a kitchen table, not a whiteboard. Our founder Keith’s daughter has autism, a speech delay, and OCD, and her therapists recommended visual schedules and structured routines. The physical card sets meant to deliver that came in different art styles, different sizes, different layouts. She noticed every inconsistency, and it upset her. The tools that were supposed to reduce her stress were creating it. The costs stacked up on top of that, one set for home, another for school, another for therapy.

So he built the digital version of what her therapists had recommended: one consistent visual language, on any device, free for every family that needs it. As he puts it on the SpeakMyWay site: “SpeakMyWay isn’t a startup. It’s a solution I built for my family that I want everyone to have access to.”

It earns its place on this page for a second reason. SpeakMyWay is what our working method looks like outside the enterprise: a real need, a focused tool, and AI in the loop from first sketch to shipped feature. It keeps us honest about what we teach. If the methods only work with a big budget and a project team, they are not methods, they are luck.
