I've spent my career solving the transition side of technology.
Where it started: Comcast
I started my career in Learning and Development at Comcast, where I built training solutions at enterprise scale. I product-managed tech onboarding and retail sales onboarding programs, and led leadership development initiatives that reached thousands of employees. This is where the passion for helping organizations navigate technology change was born. I saw firsthand that the technology was never the hard part. Getting people to adopt it, trust it, and use it every day: that was the real challenge.
Building the practice
I founded Emerging Learning Solutions and brought that enterprise training discipline to organizations navigating Salesforce implementations, digital transformations, and organizational change. I built change champion networks, ran adoption strategies, and designed curriculum at scale. Ten years of helping organizations through the hardest part of technology change: the transition. Every engagement reinforced the same truth: the organizations that succeed at technology adoption are the ones that invest in their people, not just their tools.
Applying it to the biggest shift of our generation
Now I'm applying that same discipline to AI adoption. I build AI products (SpeakMyWay, Bright Start Games, StepUp Guides, AccesBro) to stay in the trenches as a builder. I teach Data Science, Business Intelligence, and UX Design at Temple University's Fox School of Business to stay sharp on the research side. And I combine all of it to help organizations adopt AI in a way that actually sticks. Not with a slide deck. With a proven framework, hands-on workshops, and the perspective of someone who builds this technology every day.
